Bookings for a swim or gym session can be made over the phone (0141 576 0294) or through our new online booking page!
If you would like to be registered for online booking please contact reception.
A two-strike rule is in place for people who book a class, gym session or swim session in advance but do not turn up or do not inform reception 24 hours prior to the class. Each strike is valid for two weeks, and after two strikes you will lose the ability to pre book classes or sessions for 14 days.
From Monday 30th November we will be introducing new times for swim and gym sessions. Each session lasts for one hour giving members 45 mins in the pool, with 15 mins for changing and 1 hour in the gym. Please see below for our new session times.

4pm – 5pm (Family swim session on Monday, Wednesday and Friday only, Lane swimming Tuesday and Thursday)
